The Career Planning and Personal Development
In 2011 CDC organised the 9th edition of The Career Planning and Personal Development Training. During 16 – 17 April , participants were given the chance to discover their pragmatic spirit, to increase self-awareness and acknowledge the competences required in choosing the right career path, according to theirunique personality, as well as establishing the key aspects through which they can achieve their career goals.
CDC partners in organizing this event are: On Active, Babel Center, and The University of West from Timisoara, The Faculty of Economy and Business Administration.
It is important to mention that the large number of applicants for the previous edition ( 120 applicants) made us organise the 9th edition of this project, because every student has to know his/her potential and to plan efficiently his/her career in order to have a successful future, that suits their personality and psychological profile. This is the reason why we have created a CDC Database which can be accessed and students can subscribe following the instructions of our website, in Students section.
The opinions of the attendees of CDC events make us really happy and their feedback represent for us a new impulse to continue our mission. “I can compare it to a “ positive-energy doze” flying in the universe of new”, “ a productive chime between interesting things and pleasurable activities which had as a result reaching high level of self-knowledge and a clearer vision on future” and “ It should be organized in every month such a training” said a few of The Career Planning and Personal Development attendees.
