PRIZE 2000 LEI!

After the success acclaimed by the 2009 and 2010 editions of Entrepreneur Factory, CDC organises in 2011 a third edition of this project, willing to offer to a larger number of youth the chance to discover entrepreneurship’ secrets. The edition from 2011 includes new surprises which want to stimulate the future entrepreneurs to implement their business ideas. Moreover, willing to extend the positive impact from the academic environment from Timisoara, CDC invites the students from all Romanian university centers to be the beneficiaries of this exceptional programme!

The general objective of this project is the development of entrepreneurial abilities of 60 students who will benefit of a competences and knowledge development during 7 days of training, company visits and debates with local successful entrepreneurs..

The intention is to create new successful entrepreneurs whose attitude might denote every time: integrity, focus, assuming the responsibility, the creating joy and self-confidence.

We consider that every business is the trusty mirror of his creator. We invest, through these students in the new image of the economical environment in a few years. If they are instructed, orientated to the client and to the excellence in their activities, they will pretend the same characteristics form their employees and collaborators. In this way, the good practices will be multiplied and sustainable, creative and in concordance with the necessities of the market businesses will be created in a manner that honors the society.

This programme will transform the viewpoint youth have towards the market and towards themselves.

The 60 attendees:

1. Will benefit of 5 days of training during which will acquire knowledge, entrepreneurial competences and abilities.

  • During two days will learn to create a career plan, to integrate into a more complex plan of the life they dream of, will discover the methods of personal development (training, coaching, mentoring etc).
  • During other two days will purchase relevant acquaintances to start a business: leadership, business plan, legal and juridical aspects when founding a company, general management aspects.

In addition to this, due to the applications and the exercises unrolled, the attendees accumulated essential competences: career planning, layout, communication, public presentation.

2. Will meet 5 successful businesses during two days in which will visit these companies and will take place free discussions with the entrepreneurs who have created them.

  • Will find from them which are the key elements for prosperity and success in Romania, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Will see business of different dimensions, created in different domains of activity, led by people with different levels of preparation, age, different experiences, all these having the purpose of eliminating from their mind the different filters, hatches and prejudices they have regarding the typical model of entrepreneur.

3. The best business plan created during the programme will be awarded with 2000 lei. This prize will permit to the creator to put in practice his/her idea or to invest subsequently in a deepened analysis of the market on his/her domain of interest.

IMPORTANT! Career Development Center covers only the costs which refer exclusively to the project – trainings and contests, without those of accommodation, transport and food. So, the attendees have to pay themselves for the categories mentioned above, the presence during the entire project being a condition to participate.
