Career Development Center
Career Development Center is a non-profit organization created in 2002 by students, businessmen and teachers from The University of Vest from Timisoara.
CDC is a partner of the educational system, completing the educational offer with trainings, conferences and other types of projects intended to develop the necessary competences for the working market.
Over 27.000 students had benefited from CDC’s assistance in CDC’s projects.
Over 300 students had found the wished job through CDC.
50 CDC members had been formed in the spirit of orientation towards excellence when working with clients.

International and National Recognition
International recognition for good practices in the activity domain, utilizing the new technologies IT&C from Global Knowledge Partnership, which has selected Career Development Center as one of the best examples of social entrepreneurship from Europe.
Thus, Career Development Center was between the five organizations from Europe that were appreciated for the successful plait of professionalism in business and social contribution. The winner of Young Social Entrepreneurs Competition, Andrea Filip in her quality of CDC president represented the organization at the GK3 conference in Malaysia next to 2000 worldwide actors of IT&C life, who develop social responsible businesses.
In the end of 2006, CDC was also selected and awarded by International Youth Foundation within the program YouthActionNet next to other 19 organizations at a worldwide level for its activity, benefiting of exposure and notoriety at the standard of organisms such as World Bank, Laurea Foundation and other structures globally actives. CDC’s international recognition is a consequence of the commitment for the stated mission and the obtained results.
In 24th of February, 2006, Career Guide had been designated The Project of the Year by the National Authority for Young People.
